Companies all over the world are making changes to go green or contribute to humanitarian efforts.  Meritage is taking it a step farther by creating a partnership with our clients to make a difference one step at a time.  We are a husband and wife ownership team with strong backgrounds in both home construction and real estate with a strong desire to help others. Whether it has been planning and running a ?Make A Wish? or ?United Way Fundraiser?, personally helping an individual in need, or raising money for a great cause, immense joy and feelings have come our way from getting involved.  Even with our involvement, we always knew that more could be done, but finding an avenue that exposed others to our beliefs and getting them involved at some capacity was key. It was our vision to use our time, talents and expertise to partner with others who share a desire to build a better future. From this vision, Meritage Reality Group LLC was created.
 
Blending our past experiences with our new endeavor was easy. Combining our expert knowledge in home construction, development, and sales, provides us with an additional tool that most Real Estate firms do not possess.    With over 15 years in the housing industry, we have developed a deep list of satisfied clients simply by going the ?extra mile? and developing strong customer relationships.  Combining our beliefs of helping others on a small scale or the community and world on a larger scale is the foundation on which Meritage is being built.  
 

Meritage brings special meaning to our clients? transactions, whether buying or selling a home.  After closing, we will make a donation in our clients name with a portion of our profits to their chosen GREEN ORGANIZATION or HUMANITARIAN EFFORT.  The success of Meritage helps us and others make a contribution to extraordinary efforts.  It is not just about the home that is bought or sold, it?s about giving a new meaning to the transaction.  AS you drive through the area, you will notice our signs.  These signs are made from reclaimed building material, recycled and recyclable products and other eco-friendly materials.  Even the printing process is environmentally friendly.
